- Watch the Welcome video and introduce yourself.

- Every day a inforation booklet & video will be released at 6am (which you can review  in your own time that day).

- Each workbook should take only 5 mins to review

- Once you have completed your inforation book comment "done" under the video.

- At 3pm a Q&A post will be added for you to post any questions that may have arisen from your day so far.

- I will be LIVE at 8pm to answer your questions & discuss the topic of the day.
