Kerry's Story

After 30 years of working within the Hair, Beauty and Aesthetic industry it is time for me to share my knowledge and my secrets of how to grow a successful and profitable Salon/Spa/Clinic business.

Throughout my career I have worked both nationally and internationally. I have worked at a corporate level or have been a self-employed one man band and operated at most levels in-between. I have extensive experience within a 5* environment. I have worked within quality assurance and mystery shopped some of the most beautiful spa’s in the world. I hold a BA Hon’s Degree in Business Management.  

I am a natural goal setter and enjoy creating strategies and brand identities. I have been responsible for multi-million dollar budgets and  won industry awards for my work. I enjoy mentoring and developing business owners/ managers to look outside of the box to be able to take their businesses to the next level both service and revenues wise. I will support you to support your team, to inspire them to see the opportunities within our industry, to share my passion for our sector and skincare products.  Allowing them to achieve more by following my unique set of steps to column management and retail success. 

I believe in Integrity, Empowerment, Development and Balance enabling your staff to feel empowered allowing you to have a better work life balance to experience the rewards of being the “Boss”. I currently still work on the salon floor and own a thriving spa making me current and up to date with the current market, challenges and trends.
